Strosniders Hardware Bethesda Location Closed After Employee COVID Outbreak

Strosniders Hardware Bethesda Location on Arlington Road has been closed since Saturday after several employees tested positive for COVID-19.

A message posted on the store’s website reads in part “We’ve had a COVID outbreak among our employees, not allowing us to open at this time.” Strosniders’ other locations, on River Road in Potomac Village and on Connecticut Avenue in the Kensington Shopping Center, remained open as of Monday evening.

Further details of the extent of the outbreak or any Health Department actions were unclear as of Monday night.
