Daniel Amaguana is a Northwest High School graduate and the owner of Panda Karate in Derwood. He is releasing his first children’s book “Not So Bad After All” next month.
The anti-bullying book is about Daniel’s personal journey navigating school while learning about self-acceptance and features illustrations by DC artist Nabi Bilal. “Daniel views school in his own little way, but kids make fun of him all the long day. He may be strong and won’t stand for guff, but when push comes to shove, can he really stay tough? With engaging rhymes and colorful illustrations, this is the perfect book for any kid who could use a self-esteem boost and learn to tackle the social scene at school.”
“Not So Bad After All” is being released on February 2nd by Mascot Books and you can find it on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Books-A-Million. For more info contact [email protected] and follow @DanielsBookClub on Facebook and Instagram.
