Driver Charged After Doing Donuts on Beltway Near College Park

Jonathan Iraheta of Beltsville has been charged with six traffic citations and fines totaling $1,800 after stopping traffic Sunday night on 495 to perform donuts before being pulled over on 95 near Rt. 212 for reckless driving.

According to WUSA9, those charges include traveling 90 mph in a 35 mph zone, aggressive driving and others.

No information on the other drivers has been made available at this time. Video of the incident below:
