Kobe Japan Coming to Montgomery Village and Moe’s Southwest Update

Yesterday we reported that Kobe Japan Hibachi And Sushi is coming to the Hampshire-Langley Shopping Center at 1163 University Blvd E in Takoma Park, according to the restaurants website. Today we can confirm that Kobe Japan is also coming to the newly redeveloped Montgomery Village Shopping Center.

According to the sitemap on the klnb Commercial Real Estate website, Kobe Japan will be located next to Moe’s SouthwestGrill in the shopping center.

Both Moe’s and Kobe Japan will be taking over the space formerly occupied by the MV Animal Hospital. Earlier this month the hospital moved to one of the recently built store fronts on the Centerway Rd extension. Kobe Japan currently has one location at 13623 Georgia Ave. Suit A in Aspen Hill. Their menu features, sushi and sashimi, bento boxes and hibachi.

The only other Moe’s location in Montgomery County is in Wheaton Mall.
