Tractor Trailer Carrying Hot Asphalt Overturns on 495 in Bethesda
A tractor trailer carrying hot asphalt overturned early this morning on I495 W at the 270 exit, closing all lanes.
Hazmat crews are currently working on cleaning up the spilled asphalt.
