Ukrainian Owner of King Farm Auto is Collecting Supplies to Send to His Home Country

Ukranian born Boris Levonenko, owner of King Farm Auto Services at 15563 Frederick Rd in Rockville, has been hard at work collecting supplies to send to his war-torn home country.

According to WTOP, Levonenko has already shipped over 100 boxes of medical supplies, which he has been driving up to Delaware to ship through a Ukrainian Express Shipping Company.

Levonenko posted an Amazon Wish List of supplies that are needed in Ukraine, and is also accepting direct donations at his Rockville shop.  He told WTOP, “the only things we can send right now are medical supplies”, so the list currently includes items like bandages, burn spray, medicine, and tourniquets.

Lovenko wrote on his Facebook page, “Please do not bring diapers and other bulky items yet, those are needed, but air freight ability is very limited now and we are concentrating on critical medicine only from the list above.”

You can bring donations to King Farm Auto Monday through Friday 8am-6pm or Saturday 8am-4pm. He notes that many of the items on the list aren’t available on Amazon, but can be found from other retailers online.
