Below is a list of businesses that have recently opened or are coming soon to Montgomery Mall in Bethesda.
Now Open: Jolly Yolly Kids
Jolly Yolly Kids is now open on the mall’s lower level, next to The Cheesecake Factory. The 8,000+ square ft. indoor play space features playgrounds, party rental space, and an art studio. Prices range from $12.95-$18.95 for two hours of playtime, depending on child’s age and the day of the week.
Per Jolly Yolly: “Jolly Yolly Kids is an indoor play and learning center for children aged 13 and under. The center has a play area of approximately 8,500 square feet, equipped with a multilevel premium indoor play structure for children aged 13 and under, tot lots for children from 2 to 7 years old, baby area for children aged 2 and under, and party rooms. The primary services offered will be children open-play and birthday parties. And our mission is to create an unmatchable experience in a Bright, Safe, Clean, Fun and Friendly environment.”

Coming Soon: Wild Custom Apparel
Signage is up for Wild Custom Apparel on the lower level of the mall. Wild Custom Apparel currently has a location at St. Charles Towne Center in Waldorf, MD. According to its website, “Wild Custom Apparel offers high quality, customized printing or embroidery for your t-shirts, masks, or hoodies.” No opening date has been announced.

Now Open: Arhaus
Arhaus, a leader in artisan-crafted, sustainably sourced home furnishings and décor, has opened a nearly 10,000 square-foot showroom on the lower level of the Nordstrom wing of the mall. Arhaus was previously located at 11412 Rockville Pike.

Now Open: Melashops
Melashops has relocated from the now closed Lakeforest Mall in Gaitherburg and is located in the space that was recently occupied by seasonal retailer Sheepskin Gifts & Alpaca Too on the 1st floor Nordstrom wing. Melashops offers a variety of clothing and jewelry from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Turkey, and Afghanisan, including “Lehengas, Shalwars, Banarasi Sarees, Kanchevaram Sarees, Georgette Sarees, Chiffon Sarees, Dhaka Jamdani Sarees, Nokshikata Sarees, Tangail Silk Sarees, Cotton Sarees, Bollywood Sarees, Anarkalis, Shararas, Ghararas, Kurtys, Peshwas, Lawn Suits, Three Piece Suits, Dresses, Bridal Wear, Kashmiri Shawls, Costume Jewelry, Oxidized Jewelry, German Silver Jewelry, Gold Plated Jewelry, Bangles, Tiklas, Blouses, Menswear, Kidswear, Jutties, Hijabs, and more.”

Now Open: The Kashmir Collection
The Kashmir Collection, which previously operated as a pop-up/kiosk at the mall, has opened a storefront on the lower level.

Coming Soon: Ebere
Signage is up for Ebere, an urban fashion store which will hold its grand opening on Friday, April 7, according to the business’s Instagram page.

Now Open: 2 the 9’s
Dress shop 2 the 9’s is now open in the space that was previously occupied by Stuart Weitzman, which closed back in January.

Now Open: T-Mobile
T-Mobile has reopened on the lower level of the mall after recently undergoing renovations.

Now Through April 16: Jolly Shows Carnival
The Jolly Shows Carnival is currently running in the mall’s parking lot through April 16. Jolly Shows features over 30 attractions, including carnival rides, games, and food wagons. According to their website, “We are a new generation of carnival operators who strive to be more progressive and professional. We realize that we must produce a premium product for our customer’s hard earned money. We won’t forget our proud traditions, but we are committed to overcoming the stigmas which have hindered our industry for far too long.” Tickets can be purchased here.
