Rockville City Police responded to Ulta Beauty at 1631 Rockville Pike in Rockville on Thursday, June 15, around 4:30pm for the report of a theft.
According to Rockville City Police, “The four suspects fled the scene in a vehicle and were stopped by police a short distance away near Montrose Road. Two of the suspects were apprehended, two suspects fled from the vehicle on foot. There was a heavy police presence in the area of Rollins Ave, Martha Terrace and Montrose Road as police searched for the two suspects. There is no threat to the community and charges will be forthcoming against the suspects.”
