UPDATE: Jayleen Chavez has been located safe and unharmed.
Per MCPD: Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Jayleen Chavez, a missing 14-year-old from Rockville. Jayleen was last seen on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at approximately 7 p.m., at her residence on Strathmore Hall Street in Rockville.
Jayleen is approximately 5-feet tall and weighs 100 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing a beige hooded sweatshirt, red sweatpants, and red/white sneakers. Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
