UPDATE: Tylasia Claudia Russel has been located safe and unharmed.
Per MCPD: Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Tylasia Claudia Russell, a missing 23-year-old from Germantown.
Tylasia was last seen on Tuesday, July 4, 2023, at approximately 12 p.m., leaving her residence on Aberstraw Way in Germantown. Tylasia is approximately 5-feet, 1-inches tall. She was last seen wearing glasses. Police and family are concerned for her welfare.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of locating Tylasia Claudia Russell is asked to call the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line). Callers may remain anonymous.
