Per MCPD: The Special Victims Investigations Division is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 14-year-old. Ruth Ochoa was last seen on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at approximately 9 a.m., at her residence on Gateshead Manor Way in Silver Spring. She is 5-feet, 4-inches tall, 130 lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair. Ochoa was last seen wearing a black Nike hoodie, gray Nike leggings, and Bubble sandals.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Ruth Ochoa is asked to call Montgomery County Police Non-Emergency (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line).
