Xavier Beltran was last seen on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 12 p.m. in the 200 block of Poplar Spring Rd in Rockville. He is 5’6″, 120 lbs, with black hair and brown eyes. Beltran was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, a black hoodie with “Rick and Morty” and black sweatpants
