MCPD: Concern for Missing Gaithersburg Father and Daughter

Update: Linda Carol Mogus and Donald Baxter have been located safe and unharmed. 
6th District Investigators are looking for a missing father and daughter from Gaithersburg.

  • Linda Carol Mogus, 66-years-old 5-feet, 3-inches tall, 200 pounds with long blonde hair and blue eyes
  • Donald Baxter, 97-years-old 6-feet tall, 183 pounds, blue eyes and wears glasses.

Last Seen: Thursday, August 3, 2023 in the 17600 block of Lindstrom Court in Gaithersburg at 5 p.m. in a tan Chevy Malibu MD tags 8EB1898
