The Special Victims Investigations Division is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old. Odalys Stephanie Padilla was last seen on Sunday, July 30, 2023, in the 2300 block of Glenallan Avenue in Silver Spring. Padillia is 5’4″, 90 lbs., with black hair and and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and black pants.
