Police and Family Searching for Missing 11-Year-Old

UPDATE: Rosa M. Monterola Rivera has been located safe and unharmed. 
The Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Rosa M. Monterola Rivera, a missing 11-year-old. Rivera was last seen on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, at approximately 10 a.m. in the 19300 block of Watkins Mill Rd. in Montgomery Village. She is 5’5, 154lbs, with brown eyes, brown hair, and waslast seen wearing a yellow sweatshirt, black tights, and black Air Force One sneakers.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Rosa M. Monterola Rivera is asked to call Montgomery County Police Non-Emergency (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line).
