Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Osmara Diney Juarez, a missing 14-year-old. Juarez was last seen on Tuesday, September 27, 2023, around 7:00 p.m., in the 2800 block of Parker Avenue in Wheaton. She is 5’2″, 120 Ibs., with long black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black and white shirt.
