UPDATE: Javier Alexander Zelaya Orellana has been located safe and unharmed.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Javier Alexander Zelaya Orellana, a missing 10-year-old from Rockville. Zelaya was last seen on Saturday, September 30, 2023, at approximately 5:30 p.m., in the 1100 block of Rockville Pike in Rockville. He is 5-feet tall, 120 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Javier Alexander Zelaya Orellana is asked to call Montgomery County Police Non-Emergency (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line).
