The Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Valerie Castellanos Oliva, a missing 13-year-old from Gaithersburg. Oliva was last seen on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at approximately 2 p.m., in the 1200 block of Main Street in Gaithersburg. She is 5’2″, 145 Ibs., with brown hair and green eyes.
