Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to a fire in the 14400 block Long of Channel Circle in Germantown around 8pm on Monday, November 20.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, the fire was located in the second floor master bedroom. The fire has been extinguished and firefighters are currently checking for extension. Police have one person of interest in custody.
There are no reported injuries and one family will be displaced. We will provide an update if additional information becomes available.
