Concern for Missing 69-Year-Old Man


Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Christopher Oyobio, a missing 69-year-old from Silver Spring. Oyobio was last seen on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at approximately 11 p.m., in the 11200 block of Oakleaf Drive in Silver Spring. He is 5-feet, 5-inches tall, 155 Ibs. with black/brown hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a white traditional Nigerian robe.

He may be wearing glasses. Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Christopher Oyobio is asked to call the Montgomery County Police Non-Emergency (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line).
