Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Silvia Elizabeth Alvarez Torres, a missing 30-year-old.
Alvarez Torres was last seen on Friday, November 24, 2023, in the 8700 block of Colesville Road in Silver Spring. She is 4-feet, 9-inches tall, 180 Ibs., with black/brown hair, brown eyes, a tattoo of birds on left side of her neck, unknown tattoo on left forearm, and was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with a sun on the front, beige and brown hooded sweatshirt, black pants, white pearl bracelet on her left wrist and black frame glasses. Alvarez Torres may be driving a red, 2019 Hyundai Sonata bearing Florida license plate HFWU40.
