Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Biniam Tsegay, a missing 38-year-old from Clarksburg.
Tsegay was last seen on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at approximately noon in the 23000 block of Winged Elm Drive in Clarksburg. He is 5’8″, 120 Ibs., brown eyes, black hair, goatee, and was last seen wearing a black jacket and unknown colored jeans.
