Detectives from the Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Karina Ortega-Ramirez, a missing 16-year-old from Silver Spring.
Ortega-Ramirez was last seen on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at approximately 9 p.m., in the 11900 block of Centerhill St. in Silver Spring. She is 5’6″, 120 Ibs, with black hair and brown eyes.
