Southbound US-29 is closed at Blackburn Rd due to a collision that occurred around noon on Monday, December 4.
The Montgomery County Office of Emergency Management Services tweeted the following at 12:30pm: “Traffic incident closes SB Columbia Pike (US29) at Blackburn Rd. Expect significant delays and seek alternate route. #mdtraffic”
