Police and Family Concerned for Missing 16-Year-Old

Detectives from the Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Harmonee Sarah Sykes, a missing 16-year-old from Germantown.

Sykes was last seen on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, in the 19600 block of Scenery Drive in Germantown. She is 5’9″, 160 Ibs., with black hair with blue highlights and brown eyes.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Harmonee Sarah Sykes is asked to call Montgomery County Police Non-Emergency (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line).
