Detectives from the Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Daysean Rouse, a missing 17-year-old.
Rouse was last seen on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, around 6:30 p.m., in the 20000 block of Appledowre Circle in Germantown. He is 5’7″, 190 Ibs., with black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing black sweatpants, a purple/green multicolor hoodie and carrying a red backpack.
