Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Cold Case and Missing Persons Unit are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Wilmer Crisostomo Cabrera, a missing 19-year-old.
Cabrera was last seen on Monday, December 4, 2023, at approximately 7 a.m., in the 8700 block of Carroll Avenue in Silver Spring. He is 4’10”, 120 Ibs., with brown hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black and yellow jacket, ripped skinny blue jeans, blue, gray and white Puma shoes, and a black face mask.
