Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Emmanuel Kouse Claimett, a missing 24-year-old from Germantown.
Claimett was last contacted on Sunday, December 31, 2023, at approximately 8:15 p.m. He is 5’4″, 140 Ibs, with black hair, brown eyes, and was lasts een wearing a white t-shirt, tan pants, black sneakers, gold necklace, silver hoop earrings and carrying a black backpack. Claimett is not dressed for winter weather conditions.
