Below is a list of businesses that are new or coming soon to Montgomery Mall in Bethesda:

Coming Soon: Partè Haus
Signage is up for Partè Haus at Westfield Montgomery Mall (7101 Democracy Blvd) in Bethesda. The party supply store will be located on the lower level of the mall, next to Frank Pepe’s. According to its website, “PARTÉ HAUS is a modern day party supply boutique that carries a curated selection of party supplies. Turn up the fun and celebrate in style with our trendy supplies. We’ve curated the hottest essentials to make your bash the talk of the town!” Items listed for sale appear to be similar to what you would find at Party City (balloons, themed decorations, disposable tableware/utensils, candles). Partè Haus recently opened a location in Tyson’s Corner, VA and has additional locations in Georgia and Florida.  This location is scheduled to open January 6, 2024.

Now Open: Donut Chew
Donutchew is currently holding a “pop up” soft opening in the food court kiosk that was recently occupied by Vino Rita. We’re told the donut shop will be moving soon to its permanent location in the spot recently vacated by Adonni’s Desserts, next to Macy’s and across from 7-Eleven. Donutchew offers a variety of mochi donut flavors, sweet and savory croffles (croissant and waffle mix), macarons, bubble tea, and more.

The Group now has over 3,400 stores across 38 territories with a strong presence in the UK, Europe, North America and Asia Pacific.” JD Sports currently has locations across the DMV, with Tysons Corner Center being the closest.

Coming Soon:  Brio’s Chicken
Brio’s Chicken has announced it will open in the space previously occupied by Tara Thai, which closed this past spring. Menu items at Brio’s will includes Peruvian charbroiled chicken, empanadas, paninis, steaks, and seafood. Brio’s plans to be open daily from 8am-9pm and will offer Sunday brunch. No opening timeframe has been announced. Brio’s Chicken was scheduled to open a location in the Kentlands but after several years of delays and issues caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the restaurant never materialized. Brio’s Chicken previously had a location in Aspen Hill in the Aspen Manor shopping center, where Outback is located, but that location is under new ownership and is now known as Gio’s Chicken.

Now Open: Perfume World
Perfume World opened on the mall’s upper level (next to Beauty Boss) back in November.
