County Executive Marc Elrich announced on Twitter/X that he had tested positive for COVID-19 on Tuesday morning.
Elrich wrote, “I tested positive for COVID-19 this morning. Feeling okay but a reminder: the virus is still here. Let’s not forget to test regularly, especially with cases on the rise. Protect yourself & others.”
Reminder: At-home rapid tests and masks are available for free at Montgomery County Public Libraries. Every U.S. household can also place an order to receive four free COVID-19 rapid tests delivered directly to their home from the U.S. Government.
