According to the Montgomery County Office of Emergency Management and Homeland Security, “Traffic incident closes three left lanes of Outer Loop I-495 at the American Legion Bridge. Expect significant delays. Seek alternate route.”
Chief Spokesperson for Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services Pete Piringer reports that the collision involves five vehicles.
