Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Harmonee Sykes, a missing 16-year-old from Germantown.
Sykes is 5’9″, 160 lbs, with brown eyes, black and has pink hair that is currently styled in braids. She was last seen on Monday, January 29, 2024, in the 29600 block of Scenery Drive in Germantown.
