
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services and Montgomery County Police responded to a pedestrian fatality on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, in the 9500 block of Georgia Avenue.
According to police, “At approximately 8:04 p.m., 3rd District officers and Montgomery County Fire Rescue personnel were dispatched to the location for the report of a pedestrian collision. The preliminary information available is that a pedestrian was struck by two vehicles in the 9500 block of Georgia Avenue. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. At this time, the age and gender of the decedent have not been determined.
Anyone with information regarding this collision is asked to contact CRU detectives at (240) 773-6620. This is an active and ongoing investigation.”
