A $50,000-winning lottery ticket was sold for the February 13th Bonus Match 5 drawing at the Fenton Citgo (8333 Fenton Street) in Silver Spring. Full story below courtesy of the Maryland Lottery:
“Happy Valentine’s Day to a lucky player who bought a $50,000 top-prize winning Bonus Match 5 ticket in the Tuesday, Feb. 13 drawing. Fenton Citgo in Silver Spring sold the winning ticket, which matches the five numbers of 8, 21, 23, 32 and 36; the Bonus Ball was 6. Lottery officials urge the winner to sign the back of the ticket and put it in a safe place. The player has 182 days to claim the prize.
Instructions on claiming prizes in person or by mail are available HERE. Players must redeem prizes larger than $25,000 by mail or at Lottery headquarters in the Montgomery Park Business Center, 1800 Washington Blvd., Suite 330 in Baltimore. The Lottery’s Claims Center in Baltimore is open by appointment only (no walk-ins). Click HERE to schedule an appointment.
