Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Emanuel Rosales, a missing 16-year-old from Gaithersburg.
Emanuel Rosales was last seen on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, in the 200 block of Perry Road in Gaithersburg. He is 5-feet, 5-inches, 120 Ibs., with black hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a black puffy coat, black pants, and black shoes. Rosales is believed to frequent Downtown Silver Spring and the Langley Park area.
