Montgomery County Police are investigating a collision involving a pedestrian that occurred on Sunday, February 25, 2024 near Calverton.
According to police, “At approximately 11:58 p.m., 3rd District officers responded to the area of Cherry Hill Rd., just prior to Gracefield Rd., for the report of a pedestrian struck.
The preliminary investigation has revealed that an adult male was crossing the roadway when he was struck by a black 2018 Chevrolet Impala. The victim was transported to an area hospital in critical condition. The driver of the striking vehicle remained on scene. More information will be released as it becomes available.”
