Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 3rd District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing Silver Spring man.
Rosario was last seen on Thursday, February 29, 2024, leaving his home in the 1200 block of Downs Drive in Silver Spring. He is 5-feet, 8-inches tall, 156 lbs., with black/gray hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a black heavy coat, khaki pants, a brown beret style hat, and carrying a bible.
