HOTWORX, a virtually instructed exercise program created for users to experience the benefits of infrared heat absorption, will hold the grand opening its first MoCo (and Maryland) location at 4830 Rugby Ave in Bethesda on Wednesday, March 20 from 3-7pm.
The event will feature a ribbon cutting, free refreshments, local business “pop-ups”, discounts, raffles, and giveaways.

HOTWORX allows members to complete a 30-minute Isometric workout or 15-minute High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session in an infrared sauna studio.
