Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Raymond Marcell Wall, a missing 16-year-Old.
Wall was last seen on Sunday, March 17, 2024, in the 18100 block of Prince Philip Dr. He is 5-feet, 7-inches, 160 Ibs., with black hair, brown eyes, with tattoos on his right cheek, above his left eyebrow, left side of neck, both hands and forearm. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, jeans and black sneakers.
