In June, we reported that signage was up for a new African restaurant at 13075 Wisteria Dr in the Germantown Plaza shopping center.
The restaurant will have a hearing with the Montgomery County ABS on April 11 for its beer, wine, and liquor license.
The restaurant is being opened by the owners of the African International Markets in Germantown (also in Germantown Plaza) and Gaithersburg (Festival at Muddy Branch Shopping Center). The restaurant tells us they will serve “authentic African cuisine.”
We will provide an update when additional information becomes available.
Germantown Plaza is also home to Naz’s Halal, New Grand Mart, Pho House, Planet Fitness, and Zaiqa BBQ & Karahi.
