Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Services (MCFRS) responded to the 100blk of Haviland Mill Rd, off New Hampshire Av in Brookeville for the report of a barn fire on Tuesday, March 19.
According to Chief Spokesperson for MCFRS Pete Piringer, the fire was located in a non-hydrant area. As of 4:30pm, the barn structure fire has been contained and crews are still working on some nearby brushfires. There are no injuries reported.
