
According to the Maryland Lottery, a winning Powerball ticket worth $100,000 was purchased for the Wednesday, March 20 drawing at the 7-Eleven located at 19235 Watkins Mill Road in Montgomery Village.
The Powerball jackpot is currently at an estimated $750 million, with a cash option of $357.3 million, making it the ninth largest in Powerball jackpot history. The next drawing takes place on Saturday, March 23.
A $50,000-winning ticket was also purchased at 40 West BP located at 8720 Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City (Howard County). The winning numbers to match in the drawing were 13, 22, 27, 54 and 66; the Powerball was 9 and the Power Play multiplier was x2.

In 2024, Maryland has now sold three $1 million second-tier winning tickets, one $500,000 Double Play second-tier winning ticket, nine third-tier winning tickets worth $50,000 to $100,000 plus two $50,000 Double Play third-tier winning tickets.
