Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Ryan James Halsey, a missing 16-year-old.
Halsey was last seen on Sunday, March 24, 2024, in the 10 block of Noblewood Court in Gaithersburg. He is 5-feet, 10-inches, 160 Ibs., with brown hair, blue eyes, and was last seen wearing a light gray Nike hoodie, black joggers and carrying a multi-colored shark-patterned bag (pictured).
