Permanent signage is up for La Caleta Peruvian Restaurant at 9627 Lost Knife Rd in the Montgomery Village Crossing shopping center in Gaithersburg.
La Caleta will be located in the space previously occupied by El Carbonazo. The restaurant had its liquor license hearing with the Montgomery County Department of Liquor Control earlier this month. A representative has informed us that they will be opening soon and we will keep you updated as we receive more information.
Montgomery Village Crossing shopping center is also home to B2J Fish Soup, BLT Grill, H-Mart, Hook & Reel, Los Amigos, and the upcoming Nori Japan.
