UPDATE: Lucas Moreno has been located safe and unharmed.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division (SVID) are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Lucas Moreno, a missing 12-year-old from Silver Spring.
Moreno was last seen on Saturday, May 4, at approximately 9:30 a.m. in the 500 block of Finsbury Dr, in Silver Spring. He is 4’10,” 65 Ibs, with brown hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a grey shirt with “Levis” on front, grey sweatpants and possibly black slides.
Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Lucas Moreno is asked to call Montgomery County Police Non-Emergency (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line).
