Arts and Humanities Council Offers ‘Artist Residency’ Opportunity, Applications Due by May 22

Applications are currently being accepted for artist residencies in Montgomery County.

Per the news release: The Arts and Humanities Council of Montgomery County is making available a one-year “artist residency” in the East County, Mid-County or UpCounty regions of Montgomery. Applications must be received by Wednesday, May 22.

The Request for Qualifications has been published for the Montgomery County Artist Residency. An artist training will take place on Sunday, May 19, at the Mid-County Regional Services Center, which is located at 2425 Reedie Dr. in Wheaton.

The training will be led by consulting artist Kenya Miles. Attending the training is mandatory for all applicants.
