Update: Sheryl Lynn Birkhead has been located safe and unharmed.
Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – 5th District Investigative Section are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Sheryl Lynn Birkhead, a missing 77-year-old.
Birkhead was last seen on Monday, May 13, 2024 at 3 p.m. in the 25500 block of Jonnie Court in Gaithersburg. She is 5-feet, 2-inches, 135 lbs, with light brown/gray hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a beanie cap, flannel vest and dark blue jeans that are cuffed at the bottom. She wears an ace bandage over one of the knees. She is possibly driving a dark gray 2002 Subaru sedan MD tags: ADH036.
