No Regrets Pizza Co. at 5454 Nicholson Lane, on the lower level of the Harwood Flats apartment building in North Bethesda, has announced it will open on Saturday, May 25.
According to the restaurant, “No Regrets Pizza Company is a “chef-driven” pizzeria, café and cocktail bar. Our ingredients are locally sourced, with an emphasis on ethical farming and organically grown food whenever possible.” The restaurant will offer Roman and an Artisanal New York style pizzas, both using a 72-hour cold fermentation to enhance digestibility and flavor. Featured pizzas include cup and char New York style pepperoni and chorizo, a mashed potato pizza with asiago cheese, bacon, scallions, and fresh cracked black pepper, and a white pizza featuring fresh-sliced pears, blue cheese crumbles, baby arugula and balsamic glaze.
