GoFundMe, the world’s largest fundraising platform, has announced that Silver Spring, MD was the third most generous city for supporting individuals, causes, and organizations in 2023.
To celebrate, GoFundMe will be on hand at the Downtown Silver Spring Farmers Market on Saturday on June 8 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event will feature a photo booth, treats from local businesses and free swag.
Per GoFundMe: “Last year, Silver Spring residents supported a number of causes within and beyond their communities, including fundraisers for families, sports teams and local businesses.
