ICING, which is the sister-brand to Claire’s, has permanently closed at at Westfield Montgomery Mall in Bethesda.
While Claire’s is geared towards tweens and young teens, ICING’s products are marketed towards women 18 -35 years of age. The chain describes itself as the “it” store for jewelry, accessories and cosmetics.
ICING has additional Maryland locations in Baltimore, Columbia, and Hagerstown.
